• Acceptance of Terms — By creating an account or using EventSpaces, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.
• User Accounts — You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.
• Booking & Payments — All bookings are subject to host availability. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. EventSpaces collects a 10% platform fee on each booking.
• Host Responsibilities — Hosts must maintain accurate listings, honor confirmed bookings, and ensure spaces are safe and as described.
• Renter Responsibilities — Renters must treat spaces respectfully, adhere to stated rules, and pay any damages caused during their booking.
• Cancellations — Cancellation policies vary by space listing. Review the policy before booking.
• Limitation of Liability — EventSpaces is not liable for disputes between hosts and renters beyond facilitating the platform.
